"Excellent hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms. The Best Western is hands-down the best hotel I've found, so far, in Nuevo Laredo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with high standards of housekeeping, and the staff is super-friendly and helpful. Underground parking is on-site, and there are numerous restaurants and super markets within easy walking distance. Great place. I'll be staying here on future visits to the town."

"Best Western Plus Nuevo Laredo is a very elegant high-rise hotel. The building was formerly the Crowne Plaza, so there are many elegant and vintage touches, lots of marble, etc. Now, under the ownership of Best Western Plus, they are doing a great job managing the property. The location is very good, with an HEB grocery store and Soriana shopping center a couple of blocks away. Across the street, there is a Starbucks. I found the staff to be friendly,..."
